Transit Air Cargo, Inc. is a Freight Forwarder specializing in international and domestic transportation for Tradeshows, Events and Exhibitions worldwide.

We have full time positions for Account Executives at our corporate headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. You will drive new business growth and develop existing client relationships. You will be responsible for an international and nationwide sales territory with tremendous growth potential. You will be given a list of potential and active customers, and will have the ability for immediate commission generation.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary + unlimited commission + bonuses.
  • Full medical and dental benefits + 401 (k) plan, paid sick leave and vacation.
  • Paid training, company computer and fax, etc.

Skills:

  • Expert skills and techniques in over the phone consultative selling.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts with tact.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, diplomatic and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and business writing skills.
  • Proficient PC skills MS Windows and MS Office.

Experience Requirements:

  • Associates degree (A.A.) from two year college or university.
  • Two to five years of proven sales experience in a highly competitive
  • business-to-business network, preferably in the transportation industry.

Exhibitor Services Coordinator

The Exhibitor Services Coordinator will represent Transit Air Cargo primarily in California as well as Nationwide, at tradeshows, exhibitions and conventions. The representative will coordinate on-site needs of all customers attending such tradeshows and assist in the operational logistics of the event. The coordinator will effectively communicate with show manager and the general contractor to ensure client needs are addressed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Skills:

  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts with tact.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, diplomatic and organizational skills.
  • Multitask multiple goals and objectives when dealing with clients and vendors.
  • Proficient PC skills MS Windows and MS Office.

Experience Requirements:

  • One to three years of proven client services experience in a highly competitive business-to-business network, preferably in the transportation industry.

Performance Indicators:

  • Ensuring on-site representation at all requested events.
  • Feedback from general contractor regarding on-site representation and performance.
  • Timely follow-up on customer needs at events.
  • Accurate and timely creation and maintenance of agent/vendor profiles.
  • Customer satisfaction with on-site representation.
